We just received some great old photos of Leblon and fellow EA students from 1953! Tom
Page sent them to Walt Perkins, who forwarded them to me via email. I am going to rework
and computer enhance them a little, and then they will be posted to the web site. Thanks
very much for the contribution.

Hi - I was part of the class of 1997. I just want to be sure that if anyone is looking
for me, they have some form of getting ahold of me. You have done a wonderful job on this
site. Beijos, Carollyn

Congratulations, Shari! And you're welcome. I've recently surfed through all of the
various alumni sites, and it's nice to see the interest and watch the EA online community
grow. The individual class web sites are very impressive, and together we all make for one
pretty good web site for the school. My years at EA and in the Cidade Maravilhosa were
almost magical. They seem to improve with time . . . . Congratulations on the baby.
Nineteen years is a pretty good spread!

Just wanted to check in and let everyone know I had a baby November 8th!!! Yep, my
fourth girl...the twins are graduating this year, they will be 19 in October, my 14 year
old will be a freshman and then there is the "Princess Itty Bitty" aka Brisa
Shaw...her socks won't be dirty until she's in the 6th grade, none of the other girls will
put her down or let her cry...she was a definite surprise to all of us, but muito
loved...anyone in contact with "Buck" Smith? Love this website Sterling...thanks
soo much!!

Just checked in from the office and noticed my graphic eamap is missing from the page.
Proof that it always pays to look at your web site from a computer other than your own.
I'll fix it tonight.

Hi all - especially class of '72 if you're out there somewhere. I left the school
in 1970 but still remember all my class mates fondly. Does anyone know anything
about Ricky Baitz? Barry Richards? Would be nice to know. It was very sad to
see that my admired English teacher, Beverly Walter, has passed away. Does anyone
have any information about her life from 1970 onwards?

Hello EA! It has been a while since I left in 1990 (1 year prior to graduation)
to roam the Caribbean in style, or lack there of. The memories seem like it all
happened yesterday. How is Mr. MacFarland? "I dig it man!"
Party on Mark! You may remember better my sister, Jennifer, who is in Advertising
now. We are both partying around New England, like true EARJ alumni. I am in
foreign exchange investing with UBS AG, imagine that! Good luck and long live EA and
the '91 crew!!!!

I started at EA in 4th grade and graduated in 1980. I've visited the site before,
but failed to check out the guestbook! Looking forward to the Year 2000 reunion and
willing to help out with the details.

It is so great to read this guestbook. I graduated in 1974 and it doesn't seem
like that long ago! Incredibly, my oldest daughter will be going to High School next
year! (Too bad for her it's not EA!) I live outside of NYC in Long Island.
My sister Stacy, class of 75, lives in Boston and Pam, class of 79(?) is on NY and
I know she is in touch with a lot of you. I haven't been back to Rio in so long but
would love to. Keep the website going, it's so much fun to read! Elyse
